This dream pool was created with a combination of many subtle elements.  The stone-veneered water wall allows water to flow under the bench and into the pool through a small trough.  The water flows into a hidden in-pool spa.  Two fire bowls sit at either side of the Baja shelf entry.  Water fountains spill water arches into the pool from various angles and sea creature mosaics grace the pool floor.  Tile-covered pool stools allow for lounging in the water.   The modern fire pit seating area provides a space for lounging while taking in the beautiful mountain views.  A wrought iron garden pergola, BBQ Smoker station, planter walls, concrete patio, stepping stones, and artificial turf complete this gorgeous yard.  

Genesis created a modern pool paradise overlooking the ocean at this Malibu project.  The custom pool includes a tile-covered Baja sun shelf and an integrated spa at either end connected by a lap pool on one side.  There is a swim tunnel under the bridge that connects the pool deck to the custom marble fire pit seating area.  Tile-covered stools surround the fire pit area so guests can interact in and out of the water.

Genesis transformed a new-construction backyard into an elegant entertaining space with the installation of a new pool, a fire pit seating area, and a covered outdoor kitchen space.  The project included a custom-shaped pool with built-in tables & seating below a tile-covered waterfall and planters on either side.  The poured-in-place coping and caps match the capping on the L-shaped fire pit and seating bench.  The pool, the seating wall, and the fire pit are finished in matching stucco.  The patio cover towers over a large outdoorkitchen and seating area.  The project is completed with artificial turf and pavers for timeless elegance.

The addition of a Baja sun shelf & a new spa transformed this Pasadena pool.  Genesis added the sun shelf and adjusted the depth of this pool to make it more family-friendly.  The new spa includes a waterfall into the pool 

The new black bottom pool and spa bring contemporary elegance to this countryside yard in Somis.  The elevated edges allow you to sit and swing your legs into the pool for easy access.  The pool’s glossy black tile finish reflects the natural surroundings and helps increase the water temperature by a few degrees.  The simple design of the pool and spa keeps it from competing with the surrounding views of the hills and ocean.  Built-in fountain jets and large-scale pavers complete this installation.  

This backyard remodel in La Cañada included the demolition of the old patio and tiny outdated pool to make way for the new pool and spa with a single elevation deck.  The sloping yard was replaced with a single-elevation paver pool deck and a wood deck extension.  The infinity edge pool flows into a fountain below that sits adjacent to a lower-level paver patio with a fire pit seating area.  A large fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue island complete this pool installation and yard remodel.

A beautiful new pool and paver pool deck now reside where this backyard lawn used to be.  Genesis installed this therapeutic swimming pool with easy access, raised sides.  A new wall with built-in lighting, low-maintenance pool deck pavers, and stone veneer complete this lovely remodel.  

Modern simplicity is the defining feature of this Chatsworth swimming pool installation.  Sharp clean lines in the pool coping, the muted tile selection, soft colored stone veneer, and simple concrete stepping stones on either side match the symmetry and tone of the house.

Genesis took this new construction dirt lot and converted it into a fully functioning family entertainment yard with this pool and spa installation.  New retaining walls increase the yad space and hide the pool equipment. The elevated spa’s water spills into the pool over a tile-faced wall that also separates the pool area from the intimate patio seating area.  The pool deck and patio are finished with large-scale pavers and artificial turf.  A basketball half-court and barbecue island complete this entertainment yard.
